In Syria, video has emerged which seems to suggest that opposition groups are arming themselves in the fight against government forces.

The footage, reportedly shot in Homs on Sunday, shows members of the military coming under fire from some apparently armed oppostion fighters.

This escalation in the fight for political change in Syria comes as reports of deadly clashes continued across the country.

And all of this is pushing Syrians to pressure the Arab League to act on a peace plan brokered last week.
