Power crisis helps Pakistan crackdown on smuggling

Efforts to clamp down on smuggling in Pakistan are getting some unexpected help from an ongoing electricity crisis. The frequent electricity outages mean there are few takers for certain goods. Kamal Hyder reports from one of the country's biggest black markets.
