Has Gopal Kanda fled the country?

Another round of raids on Gopal Goyal Kanda's Sirsa properties and still no sign of the former Haryana Minister named in bold letter on Geetika Sharma's suicide note. Kanda last seen leaving his farmhouse on Wednesday and since then declared an absconder even his lawyer not ready to say much about his client's whereabouts.
