Syrian refugees crowd into this tent at a United Nations camp across the border in Jordan.
On Monday, the country's Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh said his government would come through on promises to improve living standards after numerous complaints.

"We will have mobile, ready-made buildings, I think like the one we see behind me that will replace these tents because of the dust and the wind. We want to provide every comfort possible and every service that is needed."
Refugees like this woman say the heat and dust are particularly harmful for the many children in the camp.
International organizations claim the camp can house 10,000, but there are plans to expand that number to 150,000 in case of a mass exodus as violence in Syria rages on.
Dozens of Syrians cross into Jordan every day, despite opposition from government forces at the border.
