Syrians battle the heat at refugee camp in Jordan

A Syrian refugee camp in Jordan.

With temperatures rising above one hundred degrees people are doing what they can to cool off.

This camp is one of many set up along the 53 mile border between Jordan and Syria .... holding some of the hundreds of thousands of Syrians that have fled the violence at home.

(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) UNNAMED SYRIAN REFUGEE, SAYING:

"Our situation is really as you can see. It is quite bad. But thank God, they bring us water and things. We have never lived like this before."

With violence escalating as opposing forces try to gain control over Aleppo, more refugees are expected.
