Angry over government privatisation, Greek bank employees take to Athens' streets.

Striking workers at two public banks demand job protection as they march toward parliament.

Privately owned Piraeus Bank says it won't lay off workers when it buys the 'good' assets of government-owned ATEbank.

But an ATE union representative says the terms of that promise are unclear.

Under international pressure, the government's also announced it will off state-owned, Hellenic Post Bank.

Consolidation of the banking sector is part of unpopular reforms to help solve Greece's massive debt crisis.
