President Elect Pranab Mukherjee will be sworn in today (July 25) as India's 13th President in New Delhi. All preparations are in order to ensure a "safe swearing in ceremony" in the Central Hall of Parliament, including the Indian Air Force activating its air defence shield in and around the capital.
