Sobbing PM mourns victims

Hun Sen, the Cambodian prime minister, has led a mourning ceremony for the hundreds of people killed in a stampede on Monday.

He cried as he led a ceremony at the bridge where the tragedy took place.

He has described the incident as the country's largest tragedy since the end of the Khmer Rouge.
