Ever heard of a designer diner? Well sure enough, Toronto has been blessed with the culinary designs of Cardinal Rule, a great little gem located on Roncesvalles. Owned by the very cute couple Katie James and Marta Kusel, these ladies compliment each other perfectly with Katie in the front and Marta handling all the creative menu items. Both the vibe and the food are phenomenal.
