With its i3 and i8 Concepts, BMW previews its upcoming "i" sub-brand -- the Baviarian manufacturer's first series-produced electric automobile, which the carmaker hopes will edge out the competition already on the market. Developed for the urban driver, the i3 Concept boasts a range of about 150 kilometers, and will hit the market in 2013. The dynamic i8 will use a plug-in hybrid and is set to debut in 2014.
