Bonus #2 - Involvement of the population in the drill

On 17 January 2012, the nuclear site of Cadarache (Bouches-du-Rhone) has been the subject of a major nuclear emergency exercise dimension seismic.
Such an exercise, like a real crisis, necessarily involves people and elected officials who decide to take any measures for their citizens.
