Several times a year, local farmer Hong Minghsu takes his flock of ducks for a walk - 5,000 of them at a time. Equipped with only a long stick, the farmer walks his ducks to a nearby feeding pond. He believes that raising the ducks in a natural way improves the taste of their eggs and meat.
