Firemen responded to a fire at 23 Falkland street just after 5pm today , evacuated the apartments quickly , a woman passed out from the smoke and the RCMP& Firemen tended to the woman until the Ambulance arrived. The Fire Department got the apartment building under control within the hour saving the building. Video aired on CNN.
