Accident Trans Canada Highway @NOON 1 Injured

Accident on the Trans Canada Highway between Mapleton Exit and Elmwood drive. District 11 RCMP & Moncton Fire and NB Ambulance responded around 12:15pm
Traffic was backed up in both lanes making it hard for first responders to get through. Roads were wet but not slippery after the weekend storm. A lot of rubber debris all over the right side of the highway , and the smashed vehicle on the left side of the highway.
The woman was transported to hospital. Video aired on CTV news with Bruce Frisko.
