The porn actor wanted over the killing, dismembering and partial eating of the body of Chinese student arrives back in Canada aboard a military transport plane.
Luka Rocco Magnotta's been extradited from Germany where he was arrested.
Police say they still haven't found the victim's head.
SOUNDBITE: IAN LAFRENIERE, MONTREAL POLICE COMMANDER, SAYING (English):
"This is not the end of the investigation. We're doing the investigation because, as you know, we're missing an important part of that investigation which is the head of the body and to help out the family. We'll do everything to find it out."
Magnotta is accused of killing Jun Lin and sending his feet and hands by post to two Canadian political parties and two schools.
It's alleged he also ate parts of the body.
Magnotta was expected to make an initial court appearance in Montreal on Tuesday.
