Male being handcuffed by RCMP Salter Ave.

A male was being handcuffed on Salter Ave by a R.C.M.P. Officer while another Officer spoke to the female involved. She was moving some stuff by taxi when the disturbance started. The male was placed in the back of a Police vehicle and Police spoke to the taxi driver also. Once the woman left in the taxi the male was released and was given a P.T.A.
