Local villagers in Peru helped rescuers retrieve the bodies from a deadly helicopter crash on Sunday.

14 people were killed last week when a helicopter full of tourists crashed into the side of a mountain near Cusco in bad weather.

Officials say rescuers searched the Mama Rosa mountain for days for the missing aircraft but were only able to reach the site on Saturday.

Victims were from the Czech Republic, Sweden, and the Netherlands-- eight others were South Korea.

The South Korean ambassador to Peru, Park Hee Kwon, arrived in Cusco on Sunday and expressed his condolences to the victims families.

"I would like to alert the Peruvian authorities that are involved with the rescue mission. I feel very sad for the death of all 14 people on board and I would like to express my condolences to their families."

Officials say several of the Korean passengers were employees of Samsung.
