Food for the hungry in Syria.
Video obtained by Reuters shows volunteers delivering aid in Idlib province.
(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) VOLUNTEER FOR LOCAL FOOD AID COMMITTEE SAYING:
''We are delivering this food aid to people who are in need as an urgent aid because there are people who have been raided by the army, some of their homes have been burnt and some people have nothing to eat.''
But after 15 months of unrest the help only goes so far.
(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) RESIDENT WHO RECEIVED BAG OF FOOD AID SAYING:
''They are distributing food aid, and thanks to them, but what can this do? It's been like this for a year and a half, what does it do? They burnt down the homes, may God have no mercy on them.
The United Nations says that it is struggling to deliver humanitarian aid to an estimated 1 million people in Syria.
