"Twilight," "Hunger Games" win at MTV Movie Awards, Spike TV honors guys' films

The MTV Movie Awards were held in Los Angeles, and "Twilight" beat out "The Hunger Games" as the top movie of the year. "The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn: Part 1" won the coveted movie of the year trophy, voted by the audience online throughout the show. But "The Hunger Games" certainly didn't go away empty handed; it won four prizes including best male and female performances by Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence and best transformation by Elizabeth Banks - who literally got carried away after winning by a fireman-disguised Joe Manganiello.

Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards were also held this weekend - honoring the best in male-centric films. Among the show's highlights, Mark Wahlberg presented the Most Manticipated award for the film, "The Dark Night Rises." Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan accepted on behalf of the film. And the cast of the 2003 film "Old School" was reunited to accept an induction into the Guy Movie Hall of Fame. The show will be broadcast on Spike TV on June 09.

Finally, want to have dinner at Sarah Jessica Parker's New York City home? It's possible, as the star is throwing a fundraising party for U.S. President Barack Obama. Parker is accepting online donations starting at 3 dollars - and a lucky few donors will win tickets to the June 14 soiree.
