Abdullah Abdullah, the main challenger to Afghan president Hamid Karzai, has pulled out of a second-round vote to determine the country's next president.
Abdullah's supporters are now insisting on a power-sharing deal between the two amid feelings that Karzai stole the presidency from their candidate.
