Jiggers are causing misery for millions of Kenyans. The tiny parasitic sand flies thrive in poor hygiene, and breed in the human body and they can cause deformities, even death.
Kenya's ministry of health has estimated 10 million people are at risk. And, as Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports, the stigma attached is making the situation even worse.
