Days after the CBI summoned Jagan Mohan Reddy in the illegal mining case, the YSR Congress Chief alleged conspiracy. Jagan claims that the TDP and Congress is in collusion with CBI to arrest him in 3 to 4 days. In a letter written to the CEC and Prime Minister, Jagan has accused the opposition of creating unrest ahead of the bypolls. The CBI had summoned Jagan Mohan Reddy in the illegal asset case on May 9, and he is likely to appear in the CBI court on May 28.
