This video clip is a TV commercial sponsored by Ministry of the Environment to promote understanding for the wide-area disposal of the disaster debris (debris from Miyagi and Iwate Prefectures that are potentially contaminated with radiation). As part of the 3-billion PR campaign, this CM was aired a few times on TV and also on the street display screens in some downtowns in Tokyo in March.

The narrator is Mr. Masatoshi Nakamura, a well-known Japanese actor from MIyagi Prefecture.
