MOTHER TERESA HOME KOLKATTA WEST BENGAL

'Nirmal Hriday' or Soft Heart is one of the first foundations of Mother Teresa's Home for the Dying Destitute in Kolkata. It is located in a 'dharamsala' in the premises of the Kali temple. Men, women and children who were dying on the streets were brought to this home. In their last hours the Missionaries of Charity gave them human and divine love. For those who didn't die the sisters tried to find a job or they were sent to homes where they could live happily some more years in homely surrounding.
