10 years Muziekpublique : Klody Ndongala: "l n’y a que toi (dans mon coeur à moi)"

Klody has long been established as a staple of Belgian-Congolese world music. For Muziekpublique'sanniversary he's chosen to perform a piece that, because it's about love, is easy for everyone to understand: 'There's no-one but you (in the heart that belongs to me)'. He's not singing a serenade but highlighting the commonplace and universal side of love. Keeping someone in your heart, losing sight of her, looking for her, and then finding her by accident. These are several themes that he tackles in French and in Lingala, "just like in the Congo". He takes us on a journey to the rhythm of his guitar with hints and splashes of the Congolese Rumba and funkyrhythms accompanying it.
