Tens of thousands of people have marched through the streets of Naples to call for an end to the mafia's hold on Italy.

Silvana Fucito runs a hardware store in Naples and says she knows the effect organised crime can have.

When the local mafia visited her store demanding money, she decided to speak out against them, risking her business, her life and the lives of her family as well.

She tells Al Jazeera her story.
