Rihanna performs Marley tune at charity gala

Rihanna took to the stage on Wednesday (April 18) to perform a rendition of Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" as part of a charity gala for the Women's Cancer Research fund.
The event, dubbed "Unforgettable Evening," raised money for the charity which supports innovative cancer research, such as the Breast Cancer Biomarker Discovery Project. Biomarkers are biological properties, such as cells or hormones, that will help doctors screen for cancer by performing a simple blood test, providing earlier detection.
Wednesday's event marks the 15th anniversary of the Women's Cancer Research Fund.
