How Commençal Meta 55's rear suspension work

I was looking for videos that explained how Meta 55's rear suspension worked but I didn't find anything, so I did it by myself.
Here I am riding my bike through some trails near Iseo Lake in North Italy. My bike is a Commençal Meta 55 team 2010 with a Fox Float RP2 and a Fox 32 RL suspension. I modified it with a new crankset ( Truvativ Firex with 22/38/bashring ), new WTB tyres ( Dissent 2.5 and Prowler MX 2.3, not in the video ) and SPD pedals.
