Cocaine was found in the hotel room where Whitney Houston died.

The discovery is confirmed in the full report of the Los Angeles County Coroner just released.

Detectives also found a rolled-up piece of paper, a small spoon and a mirror, all items associated with cocaine use.

Houston, one of the world's best-known singers during the 1980s and 1990s, was discovered face down in her hotel bath tub on February 11th.

An autopsy found she drowned accidentally due to the effects of cocaine and heart disease.

The singer also had traces of marijuana in her system.

The report said there was also an open bottle of champagne in her room at the Beverly Hilton.
