Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the Congress star campaigner, addressed various election meetings in Raebareli during UP assembly elections. She requested the people to replace the state Government in UP with Congress. She listed out the failure of the successive non-Congress Governments in U.P. While addressing an election meeting at the Unchahar assembly segment in Raebareli, Priyanka Gandhi said that these governments ruined the state of UP.
