This is France's special forces in training.
Members of the country's elite police are the main force behind an early morning raid in Toulouse on Wednesday to capture a gunman suspected of three shootings in the region.
Members of the special forces undergo a rigorous selections process and are trained in counter terrorism, hijacking, high risk rescue operations and specialised weapons.
The special police forces are a central part of the operation to arrest the Toulouse gunman.
Three officers are reported to have been injured in the raid.
The suspect is believed to be behind Monday's shooting at a Jewish school, killing three children and a rabbi.
He is also suspected of killing three soldiers last week.
