A bomb exploded on Wednesday outside the Indonesian embassy in the French capital Paris.
The blast happened in the early morning, shattering nearby windows and damaging cars, but causing no injuries.
Neighbours said they were woken up by the explosion.
(SOUNDBITE) (French) WITNESS, RESIDENT JOSE MINES, SAYING:
"We heard an explosion and thought it was a bomb, once again, so we came out and saw the debris on the floor, and it really had been a bomb. There you go. I think there were just material damage, broken windows, the cars are a bit damaged, one car that caught fire, that's all, the police won't let us go."
A package was discovered by an embassy employee, who removed it from the building in Paris' 16th district.
The device, which involved a gas cylinder, exploded shortly afterwards.
