ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION
French police have cordoned off a residential area of Toulouse, during a raid on a house to arrest suspects believed to have shot dead three Jewish children and a rabbi outside a school in the city on Monday (March 19th).
Two officers have been wounded in a shootout with those inside the building.
A police source said the raid began at 0200GMT.
French channel BFM TV said the suspects were linked to an Islamist group, which it named as Forsane Alizza.
The channel also said police were negotiating with a 24-year-old man inside the house.
The property is close to the Ozar Hatorah Jewish school where Monday's shootings happened.
Authorities believe the same gunman is responsible for shooting dead three soldiers in two attacks in Toulouse and Montauban last week.
Another soldier is in a coma.
The same Colt 45 handgun was used in all three attacks.
