The High Steppers were a Crown in-house band, similar if not identical to Harold Van Emburgh & His Orchestra, although it is difficult to confirm since most of its personnel is unknown. Van Emburgh was a vocalist who made a series of fine recordings in the early 1930's mainly for Crown. This lovely recording was made in 1932. The vocal is by Harold Van Emburgh himself.
