Envisage are a four piece Alternative/Metal band from Lurgan in Northern Ireland.
The band was formed in December 2007 by Kayleigh and John who had been involved in a project together previously.
The two stared as an acoustic duo and began writing material in January of 2008. After numerous small gigs around the country Kayleigh and John went into the Studio to record a two track demo, for which they required the skills of Bass Player and friend Matthew who quickly became a permanent member of the group.
In late October the new trio came across talented drummer Stefan who also soon became a full time member of Envisage.
As time went on and as things were relatively quiet with regards to gigs. The quartet began to write to suit a much heavier sound.
As a result of this the band began to play many, many gigs around the Northern Irish circuit for the next year, then in December of 2009 the lads (and girl) went into the studio to record their debut EP 'Watch This End'.
The EP was a great success attracting a lot of media attention including a local record label. The EP launch itself was massive success with over 200 present at the gig over half of those walking away with a copy.
At the moment for Envisage it's just gig, gig, gig with the prospect of a new EP at the beginning of 2011!
