Blue Ivy made her first appearance in public with mom Beyonce and dad Jay-z at the Sant Ambroues restaurant in New York City, but things got a little to public between mother and daughter. Onlookers claim that Beyonce was acting like anything but a celebrity when she started nursing Blue at the table in front of the other patrons.
