After a few years of colourful gigging around his local Gold Coast, Karl S. Williams is primed to branch out and take his music further afield. His style is informed by old blues and the unrelenting truth in folk music, mixed with a certain otherness and overarching spiritual enquiry. Home-cooked recordings released online have been well received and an album is imminent. Time will tell what follows from there, but he hopes to enjoy a good ride and to continue writing about himself in the third person.
