A bomb triggered by an electronic device detonated outside the offices of the Nepal Oil Corporation in Kathmandu on Monday, killing three people.
The blast went off at midday, killing two people at the scene.
A third person died later in hospital.
About seven other people were wounded in the explosion.
(SOUNDBITE) (Nepali) KATHMANDU POLICE CHIEF RAJENDRA SHRESTHA SAYING:
"The crime took place at ten past one this afternoon. Altogether three people were killed in the blast."
There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
