As lead vocalist and songwriter for several Texas touring rock and country rock bands, Kelly Taylor is now focusing her attention on this powerful electric/acoustic modern rock band, formed with innovative drummer Anthony Passeur and bassist Mike Santori. The music of RAIN is combining elements both traditional and fresh; furthering Kelly's songwriting credibility with their debut album - "Through the Rain" - scheduled to be released this December.
