Supertonic Sound Club are a new Dublin based band playing a mix of soul-funk with a touch of dancefloor jazz and authentic reggae/ska, taking influences from 60s & 70s film soundtracks.
Our debut single was released in February on Rowed Out Records in the UK (on limited edition 7 inch vinyl only) and is a taster for our debut album which we plan to have out later in the year.
In the meantime, enjoy the 4 tracks we've uploaded. These tracks feature four of the eight vocalists who will appear on our album; New York's Shelly Bukspan, Jamaican Reggae legend, Dave Barker (No. 1 in the UK Charts in 1971 with 'Double Barrel'!), London's Saranagati and Cecile Gorge from France.
