Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will undergo another operation in the coming days after doctors in Cuba found a lesion in his pelvis.
The 57-year-old socialist leader had a large cancerous tumour removed from the same area last year. His unscheduled visit to Havana has fuelled doubts over his recovery.
