Ethiopian Alphabets may appear overwhelming in number for the unfamiliar eye. However the basic alphabets are 34 each including 6 or sometimes 7 more in the family to accommodate for different vowels added to the basic character which also resulted in slight variations in shape from the basic character. Although knowledge of the basic 34 basic alphabets is very important for the whole learning process, there appears to be no nursery rhyme available so far which, if there was one, might have been very helpful for children to learn their alphabets easily. This video has been prepared to address that issue.
