Hi my name's Gavin Medza: I have been playing in and out of bands for what feels like my entire life. It's all I can remember doing. Last year I completed a new demo of songs entitled 'Lullabies For Insomnia' which was recorded in a nice little cottage. You know you are on to a good thing when the cows outside are getting their groove on. I am currently rehearsing with Wayne Moseley on bass, Mark Gredzinski on drums & Tony Carter on Guitar. We are jamming/writting a load of new material that has recently been pouring out of my brain and fingers and have played a few showcase gigs over the last few months.
