Jazzberries are a collection of musicians brought together by a unified love of funk, soul, jazz and hip-hop. Handpicked by lead singer Sallay through Trinity College jazz society and otherwise, though Jazzberries are a relatively new creation they comfortably sail these genres effortlessly and are a very entertaining live band with boundless energy, and an obvious love for the material. With jazz standards, funky covers and groovy, sometimes bilingual originals filling out their repertoire, this is a group to watch out for, helping to fill that black hole in the Dublin music scene where funk, soul and fun should be.
