PRESENTED BY LAYLA ANNA-LEE

Hello. My name is Sam. Let me tell you a few things about myself. I was born in the shape of a treble clef with my umbilical cord round my neck, pushing just hard enough on my newborn larynx that my first scream hit C over high C. Pitch perfect. My first steps were to the rhythm of a samba beat, two steps forward, one back. The flatline 'sleep' of my aunts life support machine sung in A flat minor. My Mums shaking hand shook in ¾ against the switch shed just pressed. The windscreen wipers of my first car tapped in perfect time to Idioteque. I lost my virginity to Public Enemy at 120 bpm. A Pint takes me 44 minutes and 21 seconds, the length of disc one of The Doors best of CD.

BRAKErestBRAKE's debut E.P. is being released for free on Silent Partner records, just search me out on facespace or mybook (type in BRAKErestBRAKE), pop down your email address and i'll get it sent out to you.
