I started singing a little Christmas song at about the age of five or so. I was in the back seat of the car singing to
myself and my mom said "sing that again Linny". I must have sung that song for her a thousand times through my childhood years.
My voice has always been pretty operatic. In elementary and middle school I was not allowed in the choir because of my vibrato and tone. That got to me a little, but never swayed my desire to perform.
I started studying classical and music theatre styles at University during highschool. I went on to recieve a talent grant at University and earned my BA in Music. During college I studied classical and music theatre. I studied opera and music theatre as well.
