Artful Renegade are a four-piece rock band from Cork City who recently entered the studio armed with producer, Ross O'Donovan, hoping to capture the ideas being worked upon by the band. Following a hugely positive visit to the studio, Artful Renegade return to the live circuit this year following a very promising 2010.
Their return to the live circuit is one of high anticipation, following well received in-studio sessions on both Red FM and Radio Kerry respectively, as well as winning the "Our Thursdays" Sessions at the Pavilion in the past twelve months. Other highlights of 2010 included the bands involvement in the RTE Two documentary "Galvinised", sharing a stage on Arthurs Day with Mick Flannery and Sharon Corr, as well as headlining the EQ Cork Showcase at the Crane Lane Theatre in April.
The past twelve months culminated in assured form, following impressive performances at both the Cork Rocks for Pakistan event as well as the Cork Culture Showcase 2010 before recently returning to the studio to record their much anticipated debut album, due for release later this year.
Artful Renegade play the INEC, Killarney on the 5th of June, 2011.
