Indian investigators are still searching for clues in the hunt for those behind Monday's bombing of the Israeli embassy in New Delhi.

Iran's denying Israeli allegations that it was behind the attack and another attempted one in Georgia.

Hezbollah, also accused by Israel, has made no comment.

In the New Delhi blast police say the bomb wrecked a car taking an Israeli official to pick up her children from school.

The woman's undergone surgery to remove shrapnel but her injuries were not life threatening.

Her driver and two passers-by suffered lesser injuries.

India's foreign minister is vowing the bombers will be caught.

SOUNDBITE: Indian Foreign Minister Somanahalli Mallaiah Krishna saying (English):

"India very strongly condemns such incidents and it is going to be fully investigated and the culprits will be brought to justice at the earliest."

This was the scene in New Delhi on Monday in the wake of the attack.

Israel had put its foreign missions on alert ahead of the February 12th anniversary of the assassination of a senior Hezbollah figure in 2008.

Hezbollah blamed Israel for the killing.

Israel had also warned of possible reprisals over the assassination of several scientists involved in Iran's nuclear programme for which nobody has claimed responsibility.
