BALCONYTV INTERVIEW SERIES

Shortly after the release of their third album, In This Light And On This Evening (12th October 2009), the Editors played at the Große Freiheit in Hamburg where Lars from BalconyTV Hamburg met them. The new album represents a significant step forward for the band following the successes of their debut album The Back Room. According to the band, London dominates the record, both lyrically and musically. For the first time after their double header at Alexandra Palace in March 2008 the Editors return to play in the UK - and in Germany. Luckily, even the flu (suspected to be the "swine flu", also called "pig aids" as we learned...) does not stop them.
