It happens every day now. It has happened for the last five weeks or so. They come at about 7 o' clock and drill until 11.30. This has made taping BalconyTV a nightmare.
I have checked online, and there is little to be found about whats going on.
I have rang Dublin City Council and have been told that they are relaying the road. I'm not sure how this explains all the drilling though.
If you look down Dame Street now, it looks more like a patch work quilt.
